Translation

1 | | [12th regnal year, Mesore, of Pharaoh LPH Dareios] LPH. Thus has spoken the carrier-of-Ra (and) scribe-˹of-the-chest˺ Espmetis, son of Bochorinis and his mother Rempnophris (I.), to the lady Seniah, daughter of Espmetis and her mother Rempnophris (II.): I have given to you the ⅓ of my percentage <of the office> of a scribe-of-the-chest (and) of the office of a scribe-of-allotment, which belongs to you from your father. |
2 | | [It belongs to you. Any man in the world will be able to exercise control over the ⅓ of] my percentage <of the office> of a schribe-˹of-the-chest˺ (and) of the office of a scribe-of-allotment, which belongs to me from my father, apart from you, whether father, mother, brother, sister, son daughter, master, ˹mistress˺ (or) any man on the world, I myself likewise. The one who will come against you because of this ⅓ of the office of a scribe-of-the-chest|
3 | | [(and) a scribe-of-allotment, which belongs to me from my father,] to take it away from you, saying „It does not belong to you!‘ whether father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter, master, mistress (or) any man in the world, I myself likewise, he shall give to you an 5 silver deben from the treasury of Ptah, adequate, without citing any title deed in the world against you.
