Summary Receipt of Antas, son of Phatres, and his associate supervisors of the Sacred Gate of Syene, through the assistant Sarapion, for poll tax of year 20 of Hadrian in instalments, paid by Petorzmethis, son of Kalasiris and Tisatis.

5μητρὸς Τισᾶτις ὑπὲρ λαογραφίας τοῦ
6κ (ἔτους) Ἁδριανοῦ Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου
7ἐπὶ λόγου ῥυπαρὰς δραχμὰς τρεῖς τριώβολον, (γίνονται) (δραχμαὶ) γ (τριώβολον).
8(ἔτους) κα Ἁδριανοῦ τοῦ κυρίου, Τῦβι κ̅ζ̣̅.
