Summary Receipt of Flavius Eutyches, freedman of Flavius Pansa, tax farmer (misthotes) of the Sacred Gate of Syene, through the assitant Sarapion, for laographia and desmophylakia of year 8 of Hadrian, paid by Patsibtis, son of Petorzmethis and Senpelaia (archive) in year 9 of Hadrian.
