Summary Receipt of the tax farmers Herakleides and Isidoros through the assistant Pachompsachis, for poll tax of year 4 of Antoninus, and the contribution for those who have fled of year 3 of Antoninus, paid by Patsibtis, son of Petorzmethis and Senpelaia.
