x+6after my death with all zeal and propriety. Therefore
x+7I have come to this acknowledgment which has the form of a cession, considering and pondering (the matter)
x+8and being sound in calculation and having a strong understanding with which I acknowledge, [with free]
x+9and unalterable will and guileless resolve and clear conscience and fixed
x+10calculation, willingly and convinced without guile or force or deception or compulsion, that I have given
x+11you today the half-share of my room called the room of Patarous;
x+12and the half-share of the living room above the same room; and the half-share of the roof-terrace
x+13on the fourth floor above the bedroom of Abraamios son of Pachymios adjacent to my
x+14house for the purpose of my sacred burial-offerings and the rites for me that are appropriate for mortals
x+15in accordance with my modest means after my death — the same room and the
x+16living room above it and the roof-terrace on the fourth floor came to me and
x+17to your father through rightful purchase from Terouterou, the same
x+18room lying in Syene and in the southern part of the fortress
x+19and in the Quarter of the Camp (also) called (Quarter) of the Cobblers, but the other half
x+20share of the above-named places (had already?) belonged to your father — in order that you (may) control
x+21and own the same half-share of the abovenamed places after my death
x+22and exercise authority over them and employ what pertains to them in any way you choose, without let
x+23or hindrance, and perform the rites of my sacred burial-offerings in accordance with my

x+25to enter and inherit in common with your by me and your father other siblings on an equal basis everything
x+26that will be left without any over reaching. And none of your siblings
x+27will be able to bring suit against you or contend about this on any occasion, in any
x+28way, on any pretext. And I myself, while I am alive, will not be able to change
x+29my mind and have another countervailing document drawn up for the revocation of this deed of gift,

x+31I should wish in some way to change my mind or at any rate to undermine by trickery what is herein written,
