Modern Title contract of lease for temple land
Summary Contract of lease concerning a vineyard of Ammon and Ouserzmet the great gods of Syene and Elephantine. The proceeds of the vineyard belong for the third part to the pastophoroi of Neilammon the great god. One of the pastophoroi agrees in the form of an karponeia-contract to undertake the harvest and promises to give back as rent 26 Coan wine jars containing 10 kotylai each by the end of Mesore of year 1 of Pescennius Niger. Demotic: Mention of isser Petosorsmetis, son of Psenpoeris.
