Summary

receipt of Valerion and his associate tax farmers (misthotai) through the scribe Sarapion for laographia of year 2 and desmophylakon, paid by Petorzmethis, son of Ammonios and Thinephotes in year 3 of Hadrian.

1	Valerion and the other tax farmers of the Sacred
2	gate of Syene, through Sarapion, scribe.
3	Thus has paid Petorzmethis, son of Am-
4	monios and the mother Thinephotes,
5	for poll tax of year 2 of Hadrian the lord,
6	seventeen drachmas 1/2 ob.,
7	for prison guards 1/2 ob., = 17 dr. 1 ob. In year 3
8	of Hadrian the lord,
