Summary

Receipt of Flavius Eutyches, tax farmer (misthotes) of the Sacred Gate of Syene, and Longinus Crispus, and associate supervisors, through the assitant Sarapion, for poll tax and prison guards, paid by Petorzmethis, son of Pachompetenephotes, between y. 10 -12 of Hadrian.
