3Πατχναύτιος μητρὸς Σενπα̣τ̣χ̣ναύτιος ὑπὲρ μερισμῶν
4ιη (ἔτους) δραχμὰς τέσσερας, (γίνονται) (δραχμαὶ) δ. (ἔτους) ιη Ἀντωνείνου
5Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου Παχὼν λ̅.

Translation

1Phanophis and Marcus, collectors of money taxes at Elephantine,
2through the (same) Phanophis. Thus has paid Papenas,
3son of Patchnautis and the mother Senpatchnautis, for the contributions
4of year 18 four drachmas, = 4 dr. Year 18 of Antoninus
5Caesar the lord, Pachon 30.
