Receipt of Sempronius Celer through the assistant Palachemis for for poll tax and prison guards of year 6 of Hadrian, paid by Bienchis, son of Peeis and Senesentis.

3	Πεήειτος μητρὸς Σενεσεν̣τι̣ος ὑπ(ὲρ) λαο(γραφίας)
4	τοῦ ἕκτου (ἔτους) Ἁδριανοῦ Καί̣σαρ̣ος
5	τοῦ κυρί̣ου δραχμὰς δέκα ἑπτὰ (ἡμιωβέλιον), δεσ(μοφυλακίας)(ἡμιωβέλιον),
6	(γίνονται) (δραχμαὶ) ιζ (ὀβολόν). Ἐπεὶφ ζ̅.

1	Sempronius Celer and his associates,
2	through Palachemis. Thus has paid Bienchis,
3	son of Peeis and the mother Senesentis, for poll tax
4	of the sixth year of Hadrian Caesar
5	the lord, seventeen drachmas 1/2 ob., for prison guards 1/2 ob.,
6	= 17 dr. 1 ob., Epeiph 7.
