Summary Receipt of the epiteretai Aurelios Dionysios and Hermaios, son of Diogenes, through the scribe Dionysodoros, for poll tax and the contribution for the men who have fled, paid by Bienchis, son of Peteptens(etis) and the mother Thinpat--- (or Thinharpaesis); the signature at the end is damaged.
