2 | | Thus acknowledges Isias, also called Sennesis, daughter of Patepnebteus, woman of Aphonte with guardian, her |
3 | | husband Neoptolemos son of Neoptolemos, a Cyrenean, taktomisthos* of the (regiment) of Ptolemy and his sons, |
4 | | to Esaroeris son of Petosiris, man of Aphonte without pay, that she has settled with him and Tagos, |
5 | | his wife, about the petition she submitted against them in year 34 to the |
6 | | judges in Ptolemais of the Thebaid, of whom Philinos was bailiff, through which she accused them |
7 | | of assault and battery, which offenses she evaluated at bronze, two talents, and silver, a |
8 | | hundred drachmas, and that she will not bring suit against them for the aforesaid nor for |
9 | | all matters set forth in the petition in any way. And if she |
10 | | or someone else on her behalf contests it, let the suit be invalid for them and additionally let Isias compensate |
11 | | Esaroeris and Tagos by an assessment of bronze, five talents and |
12 | | pure silver, [x] drachmas, holy to the kings, apart from the aforesaid being valid. |
