2ὁμολογεῖ Ἰσιὰς ἡ καὶ Σεννῆσις Πατεπνεβτεῦτος Ἀφώντισσα μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ αὐτῆς
3ἀνδ̣ρὸς Νεοπτολέμου τοῦ Νεοπτολέμου Κυρηναίου τῶν Πτολεμαίου καὶ τῶν υἱῶν
4τακτομίσθου Ἐ̣σ̣αροήρει Πετοσίριος Ἀφωντεῖ ἀμίσθωι συλλελύσθαι αὐτῶι τε καὶ Ταγῶτι
5τῆι γυναικὶ αὐτοῦ ὑπὲρ ἧς ἐνέβαλεν κατʼ αὐτῶν ἐντεύξεως ἐν τῶι λδ (ἔτει) τοῖς ἐν

7περὶ ὕβρεως καὶ πληγῶν ἃ ἐτιμήσατο χαλκοῦ ταλάντων δύ̣ο̣ καὶ ἀργυρίου δραχμῶν
8ἑκατὸν καὶ μὴ ἐπελεύσεσθαι ἐπʼ αὐτοὺς πὲρ τῶν προγεγραμμένων μήδʼ ὑπὲρ τῶν
9διὰ τῆς ἐντεύξεως δηλουμένων πά̣ν̣τ̣ων κατὰ μηθένα τρόπον, ἐὰν δʼ ἐπέλθῃ
10ἢ ἄλλος τις ὑπρ̣ α̣ὐτῆς τʼ ἔφοδος αὐτοῖς ἄκυρος ἔστω̣ καὶ προσαποτεισάτω Ἰσιὰς
11Ἐσαροήρει καὶ Ταγῶτι ἐπίτιμον χαλκοῦ τά̣λ̣α̣ν̣τα πέντε καὶ ἱερὰς τοῖς βασιλεῦσιν

1In the year 34, Choiak [1]1, in Syene of the Thebaid, before Aristodemos, Notary Public.
2Thus acknowledges Isias, also called Sennesis, daughter of Patepnebteus, woman of Aphonte with guardian, her
3husband Neoptolemos son of Neoptolemos, a Cyrenean, taktomisthos* of the (regiment) of Ptolemy and his sons,
4to Esaroeris son of Petosiris, man of Aphonte without pay, that she has settled with him and Tagos,
5his wife, about the petition she submitted against them in year 34 to the
6judges in Ptolemais of the Thebaid, of whom Philinos was bailiff, through which she accused them
7of assault and battery, which offenses she evaluated at bronze, two talents, and silver, a
8hundred drachmas, and that she will not bring suit against them for the aforesaid nor for
9all matters set forth in the petition in any way. And if she
10or someone else on her behalf contests it, let the suit be invalid for them and additionally let Isias compensate
11Esaroeris and Tagos by an assessment of bronze, five talents and
12pure silver, [x] drachmas, holy to the kings, apart from the aforesaid being valid.
