One may interpret this as an unknown name of Hebrew origin ˀAbîtam meaning "my father is perfect" or as a negatated verbal form with a deleted א due to haplography, לא אביתמ "you did not want." The latter is preferred since the addressee is already referred to in the m.p. in the previousl line.
