1The oath which has taken Thotomous, son of Harpaesis, to
2Euphronios, praktor of the temples,
3in 23rd regnal year, 17th of Phamenoth.
4The priest of (the god) Horus-son-of-Isis, priest of Ptah, priest of the Gods Euergetai
5Thotomous, son of Harpaesis, is the one who speaks to Euphronios,
6praktor [of the temples]: [I take an oath]
7in the name of Pharaoh Ptolemaios (III.),
8son of Ptolemaios (II.), and (in the name of) the Female Pharaoh
9Berenike (II.) and (in the name of) the gods Adelphoi, (and in the name of) the gods Euergetai
10and of Isis [and Serapis and] of all [gods]
11of Egypt. I will hold a meeting in
12the nome of Edfu, together with your attorneys.
13The arrears, which I have recorded for you in those years
14in which I should have collected them, according to that was was written for you
15by the scribes (of) [your] attorneys,
16those I will hand over to you together with the interest burdened(?) on them.
17Provided that I shall take the oath above as a true
18oath, I will be among those who are favored by Pharaoh.
19If I will take it as a false one, I will be in punishment,
20and I will not escape to
21a place-of-oath (or) a place-of-protection.
