Comments on Text Layout Recto: Wide line pitch. The text covers nearly the entire (preserved) sheet, with small upper and lower margins. Verso: Medium line pitch. The text was placed onto the upper third of the sheet, with a small upper margin. The lower two-third remain uninscribed except for the address line placed at the lower section.

The lesonis had not written to the sender of this letter. The same addressee is also found in Pap. Berlin P. 15614+23667, 23612.
