Summary of Content | Letter of Horos, son of Kolluthes, to Osoroeris, Spotous and Chnoummachis, three priests of Chnoum-Haroeris. The sender has not met the addressees on his journey to Philae, because the they have fled to Nubia. This is possibly to be seen in connection with the political disturbances during the reign on Ptolemaios V. Epiphanes. The senders are given order to return to their temple on Philae. |
