TAD presents the fragments as though they were flipped top-to-bottom, but the strokes on the verso of frag. b indicates that the papyrus was flipped side-to-side (see IR photos). This better adheres to the practice of record rolls.

The long vertical favors reading נפרת “litigation,” in which case the opening date formula and this work suggests that the record roll includes the summary of a court preceding (perhaps in memorandum-style). Cf. the entries on P. 13447 v.
