2ἱερᾶς πύλ̣ης Σο̣ήνης διὰ Σαραπίωνος βοηθοῦ.
3διέγραψεν Καλασεῖρις Πατεφαῦτος μητρὸς
4Σενπαμώνθου ὑπὲρ λαογραφίας τοῦ κ (ἔτους) Ἁδριανοῦ Καίσαρος
5τοῦ κυρίου πὶ λ̣ό̣γου ῥυπαρὰς δραχμὰς τρεῖς τριώβολον, (γίνονται) (δραχμαὶ) γ (τριώβολον).
