Summary of Content Ostracon with text on both sides. Only a vague interpretation of the texts can be gained as both sides are fragmentary. Concave: Philamon the sailor from Elephantine addresses Tsaoua from Tape (Ape? = Luxor), and a textile (head-cloth material, linen? phakiarion) and an item of copper are mentioned. Convex: Maria, mother of (possibly the same) Tsaoua is greeted, then Tsaoua, her daughter (name lost), Psosh, and someone`s brother (name lost). Injunction to give something.
