they acknowledge — and so acknowledges |

party's lot of the legacy |

and of the same boat and of the same house |

accordance with the statement above; secondly, that |
48 | | neither party has nor will have any claim against the
other with reference to the (estate) left |

the same late Iakybis, nor (with reference to) the same boat and the |

satisfied |

decided that the aforesaid |

on his return to his city, should deliver |

the aforesaid Patermouthis the deed of sale which had come from him

invalid and out-of-date and without strength whether it |
56 | | is brought forward by the same Iakybis or by any other
person at all whatsoever. |

they may not sue and shall not sue each other ever, not |
58 | | by themselves nor by their heirs or successors or
assigns, |
59 | | not through an agent nor through any
intermediary person whatsoever, neither in |
60 | | (local) court or foreign nor out of court concerning this |
61 | | case or any other issue whatsoever, monetary and |

the aforesaid (agreements), by the Holy |
