3	ἀδικοῦμαι ὑπὸ Νεοπτολέμου τοῦ Νεοπτολέμου,
4	οὗ τ̣ὴν πατρίδα ἀγνοῶ, τὸ τεταγμένον ἔχοντος
5	ἐν Συ̣ήνηι στρατιωτῶν. ὑπαρχούσης μοι οἰκίας ἐν̣τὸς
6	τοῦ ἐν Συήνηι φρουρίου καὶ α̣ὐτοῦ ὄντος σταθμού̣χου
7	ἐν μὲν̣ τοῖς ἔμπροσθεν χρόνοις ὄντος μου αὐτῶι

1	To Santobithys, chief bodyguard and strategos,
2	from Esoroeris son of Petoseiris, descendant.
3	I am wronged by Neoptolemos son of Neoptolemos,
4	whose fatherland I do not know, one of the soldiers posted
5	at Syene. A house belongs to me in
6	the fortress of Syene and he is billeted there.

8	unreproached by him, now in the month of Mecheir of year 33,
9	having contrived an argument with me deliberately,
