1Greetings to the Temple of Nabu. To my sister Reia from your brother Makkibanit.
2I have blessed you by Ptaḥ that he may show me your face in peace. Greetings to Banitsarel and Arag
3and Isireshut and Shurdur. Ḥarudj seeks after their welfare. And now, it is well
4for Ḥarudj here. Do not be concerned about him; as you could do for him, I am doing
5for him. Both Tapamet and Aḥatsin are supporting him. And now, verily, you have not sent a letter
6addressed in his name. And now, that you were full of anger against me, saying: "No one asks about Ḥarudj," now
7as much as I am doing for Ḥarudj thus may Banit do for me.
V
vso1Verily, is not Ḥarudj my brother?! And now behold, salary has been given to them
vso2here and it will be taken ahead of them at Syene. And now, if a guarantor have a claim against you,
vso3bring him to Tapamet. And now, do not buy anything as clothing that you might dispatch to her.
vso4Do send her greetings from Yekia. And now, do look after Tashi and after
vso5her son and send word about every matter which was in my house. I have sent
vso6this letter to inqire about your welfare.
vso7To my father Psami son of Nabunathan from Makkibanit. To be delivered to Syene.
