State of Preservation 3 fragments: 2 large fragments, one of which is the right edge of the recto and one of which is a large part of the left half but does not extend to the edge of the recto. The one small fragment floats between the two larger fragments, composing part of the first line close to the fragment of the left half of the recto.

State of Preservation (Text) 3 fragments: 2 large fragments, one of which is the right edge of the recto and one of which is a large part of the left half but does not extend to the edge of the recto. The one small fragment floats between the two larger fragments, composing part of the first line close to the fragment of the left half of the recto. All three fragments bear writing on the verso, which is the single line of address. A number of letters are partially effaced on both sides.
