Comments on Object | Sheet join. Palimpsest. Traces of the palimpsest are visible on recto and verso. Text is difficult to read, even under infrared magnification. The join on the recto was made from a palimpsest, which had writing on the recto and verso, and a blank papyrus. The palimpsest was written transversa charta. The blank papyrus covers the palimpsest on the recto. Traces of glue. |
