| Comments on Object | Difficult to determine recto and verso, but side with more ink appears to be a coarser surface and thus, the verso. Verso contains a palimpsest written 90 degrees to the overwritten text on verso. Unable to determine if palimsest is Aramaic or Demotic. If Aramaic, traces an ein (ע) or the the number two (11) are visible. Traces of ink on recto, but unable to determine if it is palimpsest, overwritten text, or unintential traces. |
