Comments on Object The text on the recto is difficult to read. The strokes appear to have been written with a bristled tip rather than a chisel-tipped reed pen. Thus, this may be Demotic. Verso contains an erased text. The erased text on the verso may be Aramaic, but appears the papyrus was flipped top-to-bottom in relation to the recto's overwritten (Demotic ?) text. The letters are large on the verso palimpsest, and the strokes resemble a נ/מ כ. But this reading is far from certain.
