Object

Object Type papyrus
Criteria for Dating scholarly deduction
Rotation uncertain
Range of Preservation incomplete
Mounting paper
Comments on Object The object is too difficult to read. It appears that the test is written parallel to the fibers on both sides. Perhaps then there the recto and verso are different compositions. Both sides are palimpsests or badly faded. The darker colored side contains five illegible lines. The characters appear to be Aramaic, but there remains some doubt.
