2καὶ οἱ σ̣ὺ̣ν̣ αὐτοῖς ἐπιτηρηταὶ ἱερᾶς πύλης Σοήνης δι Φανώφεως βοηθοῦ .
3διέγραψεν Παχομπαοννῶφρις Παχομπαου̣ε̣ρσήους
4μητρὸς Σ̣ενζμήθιος ὑπὲρ χειροναξίου ἑκκαιδεκάτου
5ἔτους Ἁδριανοῦ τοῦ κυρίου δραχμὰς δέκα δύο,
6(γίνονται) (δραχμαὶ) ιβ. (ἔτους) ις̣̅ Ἁδριανοῦ τοῦ κυρίου Π̣α̣χ̣ων ια̅.
