Summary of Content | This is a highly unusual ostracon. The combination of Hieroglyphs and cursive signs, incl. stars is remarkable. Found on Elephantine this would be one of the rare examples of this script in main land Egypt. This can possibly refer to the foreign influence of the Carians. |
